X-axis design features

2. X axis adopts three-rail design, dense sliding blocks form a strong structure, maintaing the best rigidity and flatness of the workbench, effectively improving the load capacity of the workbench and the dynamic horizontal accuracy of the workpiece.

Y-axis design features

1. It adopts three-rail type rail crossbeam rail arrangement, which increase the effective span and provide the best cutting feed rigidity.
2. The crossbeam adopts large span section design, which improve the effective support and stability when the crossbeam feed shaft moving up and down.
3. The static precision adjustment device of the crossbeam can effectively improve the torsional deformation of the crossbeam drooping XZ direction caused by the large span door width and provide the best guarantee of the true straightness of Y-axis motion.

Z-axis design features

1. The Side-hanging four-wire rail effectively prevents the influence of resonance and thermal changes, thereby to improve the rigidity and stability of cutting.
2. The Z-axis is equipped with a nitrogen balance cylinder to synchronously balance the weight of the spindle head and eliminate the upper and lower unbalanced moment caused by its own weight.
